The simple, familiar lines of 1932 Ford Roadster Coupes appeal to the eyes and mind of every hobbyist. This build from our team makes a statement about how iconic the ’32s have become and how they will continue to be a favorite among the hot rod community.
For this one, Powerhouse Hot Rods took an adjusted fiberglass shell and smoothed every contour. The custom steel hood, fabricated to fit between the cowl and grille, is far beyond factory specs. A flathead engine with lots of chrome provides power, and a 5-speed manual transmission allows for rolling of the gears. A 9” rear transfers the power to the back corners, and a dropped I-beam and disc brakes are suspended upfront. Big and little rubber on chrome reverse steel wheels with chrome caps gives the car the nice hot rod rake.
Sprayed in a classic candy apple red and with a bit of chrome to add sparkle, this car is a looker from all angles. Inside, a custom interior and hidden stereo provide additional comfort and fun.
